). As part of your membership of the Alliance, this application is also an application for membership of the Australian Workers' Union NSW Branch, the Australian Workers' Union (
AWU
), the Mining and Energy Union (
MEU
), including the MEU South Western District Branch (
MEU District
). Where this form refers to the Alliance it refers also to these unions which make up the Alliance.
